Reduced colds significantly

My entire family started taking these vitamins, each choosing their own variants. I found that these vitamins, combined with additional D3 and fish oil, have significantly reduced the frequency of colds. Even when I do catch a cold, it tends to resolve within two days. It’s interesting to note how crucial vitamin D is for the absorption of other vitamins, and that it works best with a fat source like fish oil. I hope this advice proves useful!
